Remote learning from the perspective of creativity: other possibilities beyond the traditional lens

Abstract
In the pandemic period, emergency remote teaching presented itself as a challenge in the territory of Brazilian basic education. This article aims to reflect on the challenges and possibilities of remote teaching in the light of creativity, in an attempt to open gaps in simplifying thinking from the recursive dialogue. The article starts from the restlessness: How does the epistemologies of creativity enable a remote pedagogical practice beyond the simplifying and fragmenting lenses of traditional teaching? The research was based on a bibliographic research with a qualitative approach, where the results demonstrate that in the pandemic context, teachers in their remote pedagogical practice presented difficulties in breaking with the simplification and fragmentation in the process of knowledge construction. The bibliographic readings pointed out new possibilities for the pedagogical practice from the creativity thus contributing to a common good.
