Abstract

In 2022, the State of Rio de Janeiro launched the RJ Digital Program. Initiative developed by the Centro de Tecnologia de Informação e Comunicação do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Proderj) to digitize public services provided to the population. In order to achieve these goals, it was necessary to understand the services offered by the state.  The Proderj received assistance from the Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão for this task. The following lines provide an account of the experience of producing a diagnostic study in order to apply this public policy to the Secretaria de Estado de Educação.  These data were obtained from process SEI-120001/011061/2022.

Doutor em Psicologia Social pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ); Especialista em Políticas Públicas e Gestão Governamental da Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão do Rio de Janeiro (SEPLAG-RJ); pesquisador do Grupo de Estudos sobre Novas Tendências Sociais (GENTES). Marcio Alexandre da Mota Duarte, Grupo de Estudos sobre Novas Tendências Sociais - GENTES

Graduated in Social Sciences, he holds a master's degree in Public Policy, Strategies and Development from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He worked as a researcher at the Public Security Institute - RIOSEGURANÇA (ISP). As a Public Policy and Government Management Specialist for the staff of the State Planning and Management Secretariat of the State of Rio de Janeiro, he served in the Undersecretary for Strategic Affairs of the State Security Secretariat, coordinating the 1st Integrated Public Security Region. It is dedicated to research on: public management, accountability and human security.
