Moura, Fanon e Mbembe
diálogo em favor da questão social racial no Serviço Social do Brasil
Abstract
Conducted within educational relations on the social question (Iamamoto, 2008), also as a racial one, the text presents an education that demystifies alienation (Freire, 1987 and 1996). In challenging the myth of racial democracy, when observations with Clóvis Moura (2019) occur, linked in criticisms of colonialism founded, according to Frantz Fanon (2008, 2022), on racist, social, cultural, and/or national principles throughout the journeys of being Black, our analysis has the perspective of continuity in the perspective on the becoming-black of the world, those present in the studies of Achille Mbembe (2014). With the aim of offering ethnic-racial interpretations for contemporary Social Work, our writing ultimately advocates for Brazilian Social Workers as technical professional agents, through the professional ethical-political project (1993) in a dynamic practice that goes beyond direct action with the user population: interventions aimed at understanding the expressions of the racial social issue.
