desafios no processo de supervisão
Abstract
This article reflects on the challenges of direct supervision of internship in Social Work experienced by teaching supervisors, field and interns in the municipality of Parintins, in the state of Amazonas. For this purpose, a qualitative approach was used through semi-structured interviews carried out with the research subjects. The study found as the main challenges the feasibility of transport at the university to carry out internship supervision and in the case of field supervisors in addition to transport, land and river, for the execution of actions, the overload of demands also impacts the supervision agenda. Given this context, the need to know and build new possibilities for professional action and quality in internship supervision in the Amazonian environment is pointed out, given its particularities.
