Abstract

This article problematizes the universalization of the civil registry of birth in Angola, as well as discusses the possible challenges to be viewed by the Social Service in this area. This text emphasizes the ethical-political dimension of the profession in the sense of providing the construction of dynamics aimed at reproducing necessary responses to the universalization of the civil registry of birth as a space for promoting citizenship and materilization of social rights. The exercise in reference is result of a bibliographic explanatory approach that appropriates the fundaments developed within the critical social theory developed by Marx.
