Summary

The article aims analyze and propose the possibility of modernization the social service on Angola, in the light of business management models. The idea results in two perspectives: The first is professional and academic experiences in the social service and management. The second are the concerns that have characterized the social service in Angola. Where, in several public, private and social sector organizations, there is no social service, and otherwise. in several institutions the role of social worker are performed by professional not trained in this area. Wrongly considering it a simple profession to be adapted. The modernization requires changes and improvements developed by competent professionals who satisfy their beneficiaries or customers, and bring benefits to organization and society.
