Abstract

This work rests on the study of the knowledge of the peoples of the Amazon rainforest, in the northern region of the country, aiming to demonstrate that the thinking of these peoples is not characterized as introductory, a sketch and much less as part of a whole yet to be done. On the contrary, a well-articulated system is constituted, independent of science. Through bibliographical research, this writing is articulated in the midst of conversation with several thinkers, providing analysis density, and presenting itself as a strategic way of approaching nature and life. This knowledge is built in a systematic way, using a method that produces theoretical and practical results, based on bricoleur principles, and, especially, elaborated in the movement of a greater intimacy of the human being with nature, which will be called forest bricoleur. Because they are essentially creative and resistant to the age-old torn apart of their culture, they are always ready to restart their flights through threshold knowledge.
