The Law of Base System of Education and Teaching brought to the limelight of the practices several educational theoretical blooming while the professionals of the education initial and continuous formation. The investigation has as objective: To elaborate a pedagogic strategy for the improvement of the process of school administration in the context of the formation continues of the professionals of Primary Teaching “Fransisco Finge” of “Complexo Escolar da Balela”, the Sumbe. With the application of theoretical, empiric and statistic-mathematical methods, to obtain primary information on the initial diagnosis. The divulgation of studies and the application of new practices in this area have been allowing, therefore, a renewal in the teachers' attendance in the continuous formation.
