Abstract

he work presents as a theme the social configurations for the constitution of the identity of the individual with neuromotor physical disability, based on reflections on their resistance and struggles in society. With the general objective of establishing a dialogue with authors, be they: the sociologist Norbert Elias and the sociointeractionist Lev Vigotski, with the intention of opposing the discourse of segregation, which is a determining factor in the development and learning of beings who have this condition. The research is exploratory, through a literature review, of a qualitative nature. In the final considerations, it was observed that it is in the constant interaction with subjects who have or not disabilities, that individuals with neuromotor physical disabilities are constituted, since it is in the social dynamics that the formation of what is properly human is established, with inclusive perspectives.
