Aprendizagem, comunicação e tradução intersemiótica: um estudo sobre "As trigêmeas"

This article presents a theorical study resulting from researchs during PIBIC/PAIC 2017/2018 program in Communications and later studies during a lato-sensu post-graduation in Education. It proposes intersemiotic translation (Plaza, 2003) as a communication strategy (Sodré, 2011), not only in the mediatic sense, but also in what concerns to learning environments. The research corpus is the episode “The Triplets Around the world in Eighty Days”, from the children’s animated series “The Triplets” (1995). Authors developed a categorization to intersemiotic translations during the episode: space-time translations, characters and technologies translations and, finally, translations from other works. Later, those categorized elements were analyzed through the concepts of epistemological curiosity and the awareness of being unfinished (Freire, 2017), significative learning (Moreira, 1997) and declarative memory (Cosenza e Guerra, 2011). The study concludes that intersemiotic translation may be an effective strategy in the construction of knowledge and its perpetuation as memory, contributing not only to individual cognitive development, but also to the continuous relevance of works throughout times.
