Abstract
This research aims to analyze the experience of teachers at the Borari School of Vila de Alter do Chão regarding school activities at the height of the new coronavirus pandemic that spread across the world in the beginning of 2020 and triggered serious disturbances to the terrestrial life. The educational process was one of the segments affected by the Covid-19 outbreak, as the mandate was for all people to follow the safety measures established by the National Health Organization, one of them being to maintain social isolation, that is, all people they should stay at home and go out only because of extreme necessity. Given this circumstance, the national government proposed that the teaching and learning process should take place through Emergency Remote Teaching, through pedagogical practices mediated by educational technologies or not. The research takes a qualitative exploratory approach through the application of an online questionnaire using Google Forms and a bibliographic study for theoretical reference. However, the study highlights the main difficulties and the digital learning objects used by teachers and highlights the need for teacher training regarding the handling and application of digital educational methods, since they were surprised by education through screens and had no knowledge necessary for this practice.
