AUTOCUIDADO EMOCIONAL Y FÍSICO EN ESCOLARES: PROPUESTA DE INTERVENCIÓN EDUCATIVA
Abstract
From the sociocultural perspective, this paper proposes a proposal for psychological intervention with school children for emotional and physical self-care through an experiential workshop after confinement due to COVID-19. The goal is for children to recognize the importance of emotional and physical self-care in their daily lives. To carry out the intervention, the use of different strategies and tools such as play and a mediating object is proposed, both related to the tastes and interests of the group, allowing to create a bridge between the different topics and the learning of the children. Based on the construction of the children's participations, they were able to recognize the importance of their emotions and the actions that help them take care of their emotional and physical health. Therefore, it is recommended to continue addressing the emotional and physical sphere within the educational field, taking into account that the contents are located to the characteristics of the contexts in which children develop.
