Abstract
The Cordões Juninos performed until the 80s by people from the municipality of Abaetetuba-PA, figure as one of the main strategies of social intervention of the Reference Centers in Social Assistance (CRAS) in the territories of the municipality. Technicians and social educators, in addition to children, adolescents and their families (users of the social assistance policy), carry out research work in their respective territories. Theatrical texts and musical compositions are created from a set of social themes explored in meetings by the groups of the Service for Coexistence and Strengthening of Links (SCFV). Objectively, the most relevant theme in the groups was sexual abuse against children and adolescents, without losing sight of the central concern, which was expressed by the expectation of minimizing situations of violence, vulnerability and social exclusion. The investigation is designed from an interdisciplinary perspective.
