A FORMAÇÃO DE DOCENTES DO CUANZA SUL PARA A ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM NAS LÍNGUAS NACIONAIS
Abstract
The teachers' formation for the teaching of the national languages, locates among the concerns of the Angolan education. This acquires larger importance in the Superior Institute of Sciences of the Education (ISCED) of Cuanza Sul. The plan curricular includes this process of teachers' formation, but it is scarce the teachers' preparation to develop the same in the schools of the province. Framed in these ideas, the article proposes as improving the teachers' preparation for the teaching of the national languages in Cuanza South schools. To obtain results, he/she grew a historical-logical study of the national languages, the analysis of documents of the plan curricular to diagnose the quality in the teachers' formation and interviews to educational. Starting from these he/she was considered the need to get better to the professional competences for the teaching of the national languages, tends in bill to the linguistic lacks and the teachers' didácticas for the development of this process and favorable criteria regarding the teachers' initial and permanent formation in this acção field.
