O ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO NO CURSO DE GRADUAÇÃO EM CIÊNCIAS BIOLÓGICAS: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Abstract
This study aimed to report a supervised internship experience in the Biological Sciences Degree course, from the analysis of aspects such as classroom management, teacher-student relationship in the face of education for diversity, structure and methodological resources used in the living room. It was characterized as an experience report on the Supervised Internship, using a qualitative approach. The same occurred through observation without the intern's interference, in science classes in a public elementary school in the city of Abaetetuba-PA, with a group from the 7th and another from the 8th year of elementary school. A logbook was used for notes and observations, and a semi-structured interview was carried out with the internship supervisor teacher. The results show that the intern used appropriate tools and behavior during the observation process, pointing out that the classroom methodology used by the supervisor teacher was the expository-dialogued one, in addition to making use of elements of active methodologies at times, managing to call the students' attention more easily. The teacher-student relationship was considered satisfactory and adequate for both parties, considering aspects such as heterogeneity, room management, assessment procedures and adequacy to the teaching and learning process. The study points to the reaffirmation of the supervised internship as a fundamental phase in the formation of future teachers, in addition to opening new research gaps such as the possibility of using the observation method used in other courses and related areas, contributing to the systematization of the supervised internship and highlighting the perceptions of the agents involved.
