Abstract

The psychological duty in schools of the public education system in Manaus is developed by Psychology students from several higher education institutions. There is a whole experience that needs to be understood from this student immersion in the internship locations. The objective of this study is to understand the perception of trainees on duty about the pluridimensionality of this lived-world under the bias of Existential-Phenomenology and the perspective of the Three Looks in the phenomenologically inspired clinic. In order to achieve the proposal, 5 questions were elaborated about the experience in the psychological on-call, which were sent to 75 on-duty specialists and received responses from 37 undergraduate students in Psychology from 7 faculties in the city of Manaus, 9 of whom were male and 28 were female. , aged between 18 and 50 years old, studying from the 2nd to the 8th period of the Psychology course. The analysis was based on the phenomenological-psychological method, specifically in its second step in which the lines were considered the Units of Meaning and from there, allocated in the questions and analyzed. Thus, we had as triggering elements of the speeches: 1. Based on your activity in the psychological duty, how do you understand the dimension of your performance as a duty attendant? 2. How important do you perceive the psychological duty in your training? 3. What is your view on the psychological work after your insertion in the psychological duty? 4. What has changed in your view about the relationship with the other considering your role in the psychological shift? 5. How do you understand the contribution of the psychological service to the social layer where it is inserted (the school, the community, the family)? It is concluded that for Psychology students, the experience has been one of extreme learning, where they can glimpse the pluridimensionality of psychology's work, in which the other is understood beyond theory and who should be cared for, in addition to the great contribution to the sociocultural and historical niche where the activity is developed.
