The psychological duty extension project in Manaus-AM schools provided the opportunity for public school students to receive emergency psychological support, so that this could happen many psychology professionals, researchers, teachers, and coordinators formed the team that made the event possible. from the project. This article aims to bring to light Heideggerian phenomenology how this process took place for those who were directly immersed in the care, telling how the undergraduate students in psychology who worked on duty developed their practices, from the perspective of one of the project supervisors. This is a phenomenological study, with a qualitative bias, carried out through participant observation.
