PROYECTO DE TRABAJO EN EDUCACIÓN INFANTIL PARA UNA SOCIEDAD INCLUYENTE
Abstract
From the methodology of Learning by Projects a work proposal is developed. It is based on an experience in an Early Childhood Education center with the aim of serving as a model for teachers to put it into practice in any educational context.
The core phases are described to elaborate the Project of work in Infant Education. Beginning with the motivation and search of the project, it is the phase to excite the people who are going to participate and collaborate in the project. Then, we will gather information and search for resources, in which we will need the collaboration of family members and people who are close or relevant to us and who can provide us with information and resources. The action-research phase will follow. It is about researching, building, experimenting, helping, collaborating, in short, learning. In the next phase we try to explain what has been done. Here we share knowledge and expose what we have learned. And finally, we carry out the stage of evaluation and proposals for improvement, where we value not only what has been learned, but also the process that has been followed and the coexistence and values that have been built.
