ESPAÇOS SIMBÓLICOS E DE PERTENCIMENTOS- OS USOS E OS LUGARES DOS PROCESSOS SOCIOCULTURAIS NA CONSTITUIÇÃO DA IDENTIDADE ÉTNICA QUILOMBOLAS
Abstract
This text is a reflection on the processes mobilized by Santa Tereza do Matupiri, Boa Fé, Ituquara, São Pedro and Trindade and their respective quilombola nuclei for the constitution of the quilombola ethnic identity in the Andirá river, on the Amazonas / Pará border. We do so, based on the analysis of the functions of the socio-cultural processes, (re) constructed within the scope of the local quilombola social movement (2005-2018) that produced memories and knowledge about themselves and in 2013 it was recognized by the Brazilian state as remnants of old ones quilombos. Through an approach based on the field of post-abolition social history and the methodology of Oral History, we highlight the narratives of residents about such processes, which sheds light on the potential for knowledge of Amazonian realities, also through their processes and practices socio-cultural.
