LOS ATRIBUTOS EXISTENCIALES HUMANISTAS Y EL TRABAJO DE COMPRENSIÓN DE UNA HISTORIA DE VIDA

Abstract

The task of understanding people from research or psychotherapy is a complex act,  the existential humanist perspective is of great support to deeply and professionally explore the life trajectory of people and thereby achieve the understanding process. The intention of this writing is to understand the life trajectory of a woman, who through her narratives exposes her experiences and thereby gives an account of her existence. To achieve the purpose, we worked with "existential attributes", these allowed us to understand the characteristics of their existence, that is, everything that gives the possibility of knowing the condition of human beings in the world. Thus he could conclude by pointing out the great advantages that can be had when using existential attributes as a frame of reference and support in understanding the existence of people. Also, the phenomenological technique of the life trajectory as an opportunity to analyze the process through which people go through and validate the task of accompanying them in the daily work of recognizing themselves in the experience and continuing to exist in an active and creative way.
