EL VÍNCULO PARENTAL CON HIJOS ESCOLARES MEDIADO POR LA TELEFONÍA MÓVIL
Abstract
This paper analyzes the characteristics and impact of the use of technology in mediating interactions between parents and their school children. The significant impact of the internet and social networks on interpersonal, family, school and social interactions is recognized; emphasizing its favorable repercussions and potentialities. In a complementary way, the characteristics of the advantageous effects of the use of mobile telephony are analyzed with the intention of promoting more and better knowledge, skills and affections in family dynamics. The purpose of this paper is to propose strategies that promote supervision, communication and affective bonding in contemporary families with school children, through interaction mediated by mobile telephony. To this end, a set of proposals are proposed to maximize its beneficial use in family interactions. Ending with the discussion of its use and highlighting the importance of coexistence between parents and children with love, discipline and mutual respect.
