Abstract

This article aims to observe, from a historical perspective, the influences of the media with gender violence. With the advent of the pandemic caused by Covid-19, there was a huge increase in violence, especially with women, due to various problems, especially those that have been rooted in society for years. From this question, it is clear that the media that was so much a part of this problem, today has the possibility to change this scenario. In addition, it is necessary to create measures that contribute even more to the strengthening of female protagonism in society.
