Abstract
ABSTRACT
The supervision is a theme of a lot of actualidade. In the pedagogic perspective they are necessary the harmony of the relationships between the domain of the actividade of pedagogic supervision and the capacity organized, of which the integral acting of the school director is synthesized. In fact, the quality of the teaching-learning process depends in great measure in the way in that the direcção process is driven and forming part of him the pedagogic supervision. The work includes the antecedents, the foundations theoretical, methodological and as well as the general considerations regarding the pedagogic supervision in a general way and in peculiar of the elementary school, starting from the use of methods theoretical, empiric and statistical-mathematical that you/they allow to obtain primary information concerning the process in study. The results that were reached, in the practical order allowed to characterize the process of pedagogic supervision, verified starting from the results of the employed methods, the one that allowed justify the execution of the objectivo drawn for the investigation.
