A INSERÇÃO E O CONFLITO: ENSAIO SOBRE A EFETIVIDADE DA EDUCAÇÃO INDÍGENA NO CONTEXTO DA AMAZÔNIA LEGAL
Abstract
The legislative advances in respect of indigenous traditions in 1988 were a reference to indigenous education and great importance for indigenous education. On the other hand, there is a calculation of this recognition that becomes perceptible, in particular the school spaces, especially in and especially in the spaces of the legal Amazon, there is an evident of their white ways of life of knowledge, an intentional strengthening or rescue of tradi-tional cultures and identities of the original peoples. Having this problem as the promoter of this essay, this research aims to discuss indigenous education-CF1988 with a focus on public policies and educational practices through democratic and, therefore, insertive per-spectives, developed in non-indigenous schools. Secondly, this essay was also concerned with characterizing indigenous education, having as a reference the postulates of different theorists; detail public policies conveyed in bilingual indigenous contexts; of educational classes, whether positive or not, that are offered to indigenous students in regular school spaces. To this end, an analysis was carried out in qualitative research to unveil the pur-pose of inclusion in the context of education in the Legal Amazon.
