Abstract

Education is the right of every citizen. Such a right is guaranteed in the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988 and must be granted to everyone without restriction. In this sense, several debates over the years have been held to achieve this right for people with special educational needs. Exclusionary ideas and practices must be disrupted to establish another movement or inclusion. No inclusion process all criteria become important in the school environment. Then promoting school inclusion is the duty of everyone in the community. And a figure who can help spread this movement is the school manager. Such a professional has as one of his competencies the leadership profile, which is so important for the establishment of social mobilization. In this sense, the present work, through a bibliographic and documentary review, aims to outline a presentation on the theme of inclusive education, as well as to establish the attributions of the school manager in its promotion.
