EMPREGABILIDADE PERCEBIDA E DESIGUALDADE SOCIAL: REFLEXÕES SOBRE A CONSTRUÇÃO DA AUTOEFICÁCIA ENTRE ESTUDANTES DAS CLASSES POPULARES NO ENSINO SUPERIOR
Abstract
Entry into higher education is a transition marked by numerous adaptations that present the student with an educational universe different from the school environment. In addition to these elements imposed on the adaptation of all students, including students from the most popular classes who, as a result, experience greater disadvantage in this accommodation due to their own condition of life. This challenge, according to research, can impact the permanence of students in university courses, as well as the development of skills that project them more easily in the job market, such as self-efficacy. This article, therefore, has as main objective the discussion about the self-efficacy and perceived employability in students of popular origins and how the class can reveal itself a category that demarcates differences in the experience of higher education and, more specifically in this case, the success in obtaining the job.
