Abstract

Considered a phase in which existential concerns and discomforts are present, adolescence is full of situations that cause a real emotional turmoil in the lives of young people. The objective of this study is to understand the experience of a teenager accompanied by the Psychological Duty at a School in the municipal education network in Manaus. The bias of the study is qualitative and with regard to the method, it is the phenomenological-psychological one in which we adapted the lines brought and the report of the drawings. We used freehand drawing from a phenomenological point of view. The participant is a 13-year-old teenager, in the 6th grade of elementary school, who underwent four counseling sessions. The experience brought shows the sexual abuse suffered, the lack of credibility of the mother and the feeling of being continually silenced. It is concluded that the use of this type of instrument, the freehand drawing and the history brought with it, allows recognizing the dimension of the historicity of this journey from the sexual abuse suffered, however, it also shows that listening made it possible for it to be able to look at yourself beyond facticities.
