Abstract

The present proposes to carry out a reflection on women who exercise more of a social function, whether as a mother, wife, worker, and / or student, the role of women today at home, at work or at university. Over the years, women have changed their social roles, which used to be that of a housewife, wife and mother, to enter university, enter the job market and have a professional career. However, as these achievements, women continue to accumulate functions, overloading them and possibly causing damage to their lives or damage to their careers or jobs.
