This proposal arose from the need to obtain answers regarding the structuring and functioning of the PCC in the Physical Education degree courses and to realize what kind of attention is directed towards the commitment to environmental education. In the literature review, opinions on resolutions, articles, dissertations and doctoral theses that are related to the theme of this study will be analyzed. As for the methodological trail, it is an exploratory research, of a descriptive type, with bibliographic-documental character, without insertion in the field. Initially, it is considered that the reflections present in that work may show what the benefits of environmental education are linked to the PCCs of the Physical Education course because it raises awareness of the need to address this theme during academic training and thus contribute to the role of a future teacher who is concerned with preserving the environment.
