Desafios e Perspectivas na Reintegração de Indivíduos Privados de Liberdade: Um Enfoque Ecológico-Social
Abstract
This study addresses the complexity of criminal specifications, understanding the interaction of multiple psychosocial factors, starting from the perspective of crime as a multifaceted influence, influenced by individual, environmental, and relational characteristics. The research proposes an ecological-social approach, integrating concepts from Psychology, such as resilience, quality of life, and optimism, to understand the process of social reintegration of individuals deprived of liberty in the city of Manaus, Brazil. The methodology involves an exploratory-descriptive field study with two groups of prisoners: non-recidivists released more than a year ago and recidivists in penitentiary units in Manaus-AM-Brazil, resulting in the need to implement comprehensive intervention programs at different levels.
