Formando valores en niños de educación básica por medio de talleres vivenciales
Abstract
The development of values, which begins at home and continues at school upon entry, is fundamental to the development of students for healthy coexistence and their formation as good citizens. In the school sitting, values are as important as academic and technical knowledge. The objective of this study was to strengthen the values of respect, tolerance, collaboation and empathy in sixth-grade elementary school students. The strategy was based on an experiential workshop structured with fun and engaging dynamics and activities for meaninful and motivating appropriation of the content and its implementation. The results demostrated progress in the formation and exercise of these values in interactions with others. The conclusión is base on the importance of experiential strategies in the development of values as personal convictions that guide the actions and performance of students.
