Uso da Rede Social Tiktok para a Dinamização do Processo do Ensino-Aprendizagem na Disciplina de História

Abstract

With the Covid-19 pandemic that caused the confinement in several areas, including in the area of ​​education, there was a need to introduce the hybrid system in education, where the use of social networks became notable. Several students started taking classes using social networks, especially whatsapp to ensure learning. It is in this perspective that the present essay intends to analyze how it can be advantageous to use the social network tiktok to stimulate the Teaching and Learning Process of the Subject of History in General Secondary Education. The present research is qualitative, it was carried out through bibliographical research and application of a semi-structured interview, based on a non-probabilistic sample for convenience to ten students and two teachers. Preliminary results revealed, at the beginning, greater familiarity of students with the social network tiktok. They also revealed that tiktok is a social network widely used by teenagers due to its encouraging nature and the use of short, non-tiring videos. The insertion of short videos of lessons on tiktok was also considered a good strategy to encourage learning. The essay ends by guaranteeing, in a preliminary way, that tiktok allows more attractive classes and, therefore, retained the students' attention in teaching.
