SOFRIMENTO PSÍQUICO E SINDROME DE BURNOUT EM DOCENTES DO ENSINO SUPERIOR: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA

The present work deals with a systematic literature review of the studies about the burnout syndrome on teachers, which refer to workers' health. The research theme arises from the author's experience in the psychology internship in the educational area along with other experiences with teachers with some type of illness that says she was brought on by the work, these experiences drew so much attention that she decided to research if really the sickness of teachers there is a causal link to this environment.
Selections were made of the articles that were used according to the readings of the abstracts of the publications for which the inclusion or exclusion of the text was made. The selected texts were published in databases, in the period from January 2007 to November 2017. The data collection to carry out this research took place from August to November 2017. The total was 137 articles collected related to the Syndrome of some method and at the end of the application of the criteria to exclude or include the material was excluded 111 articles.
