Abstract

The psychopedagogical work developed in an institution is linked to legal science: an experience report

 

Abstract: This article seeks to highlight the importance of the professional practice in the area of Psychopedagogy within an institution, based on a report of training experience developed into a Center for Legal Practice which is part of a University Center. We intend, therefore, to describe what is Psychopedagogy Institutional, what are your goals and the instruments and forms of intervention conducted by psychopedagogists within the institution. We have described what are the possibilities of a psychopedagogists work within a Legal Organization, in which trainee students supervised by teachers provide assistance to the needy population, exposing, based on the data and the analyzes, the entire process of diagnostic investigation until the intervention . In this way, we have realized how necessary it is to know an institution, as well as a comprehensive understanding of all subjects who participate in it, in order to work with their learning, enabling the transformation of individuals, groups and organization.
