The study addresses the creative process of the scenic experiment The Color of Hypocrisy, with the aim of sharing the knowledge gained from this formative experience. The scenic experiment, developed in the Theater Licentiate Program at IFCE in the first semester of 2024, articulates theories and practices in an artistic-educational creation focused on ethnic-racial relations, establishing itself as qualitative, bibliographic, and empirical research. The dramaturgy and staging address ethnic-racial issues in the educational context as an initiative to combat racism through theatrical performance. The results of the creative process include the development of an original dramaturgy and its collaborative staging, which enabled dynamic, emancipatory, and humanitarian learning. The staging was conceived as an artistic-pedagogical expression, reflecting the commitment of artist-educators to professionalization and to ethnic-racial issues in theater and education.
