THE CONTRIBUTION OF DEMOCRATIC MANAGEMENT TO THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION

Abstract

The issue of school management constitutes a necessary condition in educational institutions and appears in most political guidelines for education. In this sense, the study of this issue has as its main objective the contribution of democratic management and quality of education. To this end, we took into account the conceptualization of democratic management and its benefits for education. It also highlights the influence of everyone's participation as a given in guaranteeing the quality of education. However, we can consider that democratic management in schools is extremely important, since it is democratic management that provides collective work that allows sharing, aiming to achieve the objectives of education and quality in teaching.
