Application to create a Safe Virtual Environment in Psychotherapy

Abstract

Procedures in virtual psychotherapeutic services in Brazil are relatively new, so it is important to clarify questions: Psychologists qualification and data security. Therefore, this article aims to propose the creation of a Virtual Psychotherapeutic Attention, with security strategies according to the Law the Civil Internet Framework. The environment has a web and mobile version and is suitable for Text, Voice and Video interactions. We believe that the proposal contributes to qualify data protection; it is important for the dialogue between Psychologists and Information and Communication Technologies professionals to offer services and preserve the data of the therapeutic relationship.
