Identity is a construct approached from various angles, dimensions and articulation between race, gender and sexuality. In the psychological field, it refers to subjectivity, personality; in the anthropological and sociological: gender, culture; in the political field of human rights and social movements the collective identity. Thus, in this text, methodologically, I elaborated an interpretative qualitative writing, in which I elucidate the LGBTQIAPN+ concepts in a historical and decolonial approach; that of psychological and gender identity. I use the concept of frontier, which comes from complex thinking, proposing a critical dialogue with scientific documents: articles and books; manuals and booklets produced in the period from 1995 to 2002. In the analyzes I elaborated the categories: psychological identity; of gender; health and psi field; political struggle. I conclude that in psychological identity, the path and process of “coming out” to the world as a non-cisgender person reproduces the allegory of staying in the “closet”. In order to show oneself, assume without quotes and without obligation to defend your sexual orientation, it is necessary to suppress the heterosexual reference as an identity marker.
