REAÇÕES COGNITIVAS E SUAS INFLUÊNCIAS NAS AÇÕES DO COMPORTAMENTO HUMANO
Abstract
Talking about cognitive development and behavior implies, above all, talking about what they are and where they are interconnected. When analyzing the cognitive influences in the alteration of human behavior, it is clear that cognition is defined by a set of brain and mental skills, necessary to obtain knowledge about the world. From this beneficial information from the junction of congnition and behavior, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) benefits to work therapeutically in the clinic or in other settings. The aim of the present study is, therefore, to assess the correlations between cognitive reactions and behavioral actions and to explain how this interconnection can be used for the benefit of the individual in changing their behavior. The emphasis is on the proposition that the individual is responsible, when rational assumptions guide his behavior, in this case, it is the analysis of the interaction of the individual's cognitive processes with the events of the environment that allows the understanding of many behaviors emitted by the same. The conception of the relationship between man and the world is the very understanding of the main functional sets that directly help to understand the formation of the person as a human being and why there are so many varieties in their behavior.
