Abstract

This work analyzes, in the context of Espírito Santo, more specifically, in the Postgraduate Program in Letters, the research completed in relation to Laws 10.639/2003 and 11.645/2008. Therefore, we carried out a mapping of the aforementioned researches and whether they are being contemplated in the works produced by the Program by the body of current researchers, to the detriment of the structural racism that has been rooted in our society since enslavement, when human beings were advocated as merchandise.
