No intuito de valorizar a literatura oral da civilização Werekena, este artigo propõe analisar as relações intertextuais e polifônicas no conto “Crianças Abandonadas: uma história na língua Warekena do Rio Xié”, de Humberto Baltar (2012). Para o conceito de polifonia é utilizado às ideias de Bakhtin (2013) via romance polifônico de Dostoievski; o conceito de intertextualidade por Koch (2013); e, Coelho (2000) para demonstrar a definição do termo fada e maravilhoso.

ABSTRACT

in order to value the literature of the Warekena civilization, this article purposes to analyze the intertextual and polyphonic relations in the short fairytale “Abandoned Children: a story in the Warekena language of Xié River” by Humberto Baltar (2012). For the concept of poliphony Bakhtin’s ideas (2013) are used by way of Dostoievski’s polyphonic novel; the concept of intertextuality by Koch (2013); Coelho (2000) to demonstrate the definition of the term fairy and wonderful.
