Apresenta algumas reflexões sobre a prática da Supervisão Educacional e de que modo esta poderá tornar-se uma força progressista no âmbito da escola. Sugestões são discutidas objetivando a melhoria não só do relacionamento entre professores e demais especialistas em educação, mas também do processo ensino/aprendizagem.

ABSTRACT

This work introduces some considerations about the practice of school Supervision and how in can be made to become a progressive force within the school system. Suggestions are discussed aiming at improving not only the relations between teachers and all other experts in education but also  the teaching and learning process itself.
