UM ESTUDO DE CASO SOBRE TRANSTORNO DE HUMOR DEPRESSIVO, EM MULHER ADULTA, EM ATENDIMENTO PSICOTERÁPICO, RESIDENTE NA CIDADE DE MANAUS.

A depressão revela-se como um fenômeno clínico que aponta para uma estrutura psíquica. Com a psicanálise remedia-se o próprio sofrimento com a palavra. Para que se possa entender o que se pretende com este estudo, propôs-se o seguinte problema: Como a depressão se manifesta em mulheres adultas, que se encontram em atendimento psicoterápico? Objetivou-se com este estudo de caso analisar a causa do transtorno depressivo de humor por meio de história de vida de um sujeito, do sexo feminino, com nível superior de escolaridade, classe social média e que se encontrava em atendimento psicoterápico. É um estudo que se caracteriza como uma pesquisa descritiva, fenomenológica, qualitativa, onde se empregou o estudo de caso. Concluiu-se, com este estudo que a partir do atendimento psicoterápico, oportunizado, observaram-se, paulatinamente, mudanças benéficas no comportamento, na fala, no modo de agir, de expressar-se e principalmente, na interação com o todo do sujeito envolvido na pesquisa.

ABSTRACT 

Depression reveals itself as a clinical phenomenon that points to a psychic structure. Psychoanalysis remedies suffering with words. In order to understand what is intended with this study, the following problem was posed: How does depression manifest itself in adult women, who are in psychotherapeutic care? The objective of this case study was to analyze the cause of depressive mood disorder through the life history of a female subject, with a higher education level, middle class and who was in psychotherapeutic care. It is a study that is characterized as a descriptive, phenomenological, qualitative research, where the case study was used. It was concluded, with this study that from the psychotherapeutic assistance, opportunized, beneficial changes were gradually observed in the behavior, in the speech, in the way of acting, of expressing itself and mainly, in the interaction with the whole of the involved subject in research.
