RESUMO

Este artigo debate a disputa pela plataforma marítima e a disputa geopolítica entre Nicarágua e Colômbia, com as disputas  geopolíticas na atualidade, onde abriga a existência de minerais, que são disputadas por esses dois países que buscam o controle continental do mar do Caribe, que chega a ser essencial para os dois países, que implica a disputa dos países caribenhos, como é o caso da Colômbia e Nicarágua,  demostra-se assim , que o pensamento geopolítico da atualidade, que tem ainda resquícios dos fatores considerados tradicionais, na formação dos territórios estabelecidos, no mar do Caribe, que é intensificado com as disputas territoriais dos Estados Nacionais, sendo que a pesquisa é estruturada com uma pesquisa bibliográfica, com artigos de revistas indexadas e trabalhos acadêmicos sobre o assunto, portanto, a disputa pela plataforma política, com a disputa pelo controle do Caribe,  que gira da disputa geopolítica do mar do Caribe.

LA DISPUTA POR LA PLATAFORMA MARÍTIMA Y LA DISPUTA GEOPOLÍTICA ENTRE NICARAGUA Y COLOMBIA

ABSTRACT

This article discusses the dispute over the maritime shelf and the geopolitical dispute between Nicaragua and Colombia, along with the current geopolitical disputes over the existence of minerals, which are disputed by these two countries seeking continental control of the Caribbean Sea. This is essential for both countries, and involves the dispute between Caribbean countries, such as Colombia and Nicaragua. It demonstrates that current geopolitical thinking, which still has remnants of factors considered traditional, in the formation of established territories in the Caribbean Sea, is intensified by territorial disputes between nation states. The research is structured with bibliographical research, including articles from indexed journals and academic works on the subject. Therefore, the dispute over the political shelf and the dispute for control of the Caribbean, which stems from the geopolitical dispute over the Caribbean Sea.

THE DISPUTE OVER THE SEA PLATFORM AND THE GEOPOLITICAL DISPUTE BETWEEN NICARAGUA AND COLOMBIA

RESUMEN

Este artículo analiza la disputa sobre la plataforma marítima y la disputa geopolítica entre Nicaragua y Colombia, incluyendo las actuales disputas geopolíticas por la existencia de minerales, que ambos países disputan en su búsqueda del control continental del Mar Caribe. Esto es esencial para ambos países e involucra la disputa entre países caribeños, como Colombia y Nicaragua. Demuestra que el pensamiento geopolítico actual, que aún conserva remanentes de factores considerados tradicionales en la formación de territorios establecidos en el Mar Caribe, se ve intensificado por las disputas territoriales entre Estados nacionales. La investigación se estructura con investigación bibliográfica, incluyendo artículos de revistas indexadas y trabajos académicos sobre el tema. Por lo tanto, la disputa sobre la plataforma política y la disputa por el control del Caribe, que se deriva de la disputa geopolítica sobre el Mar Caribe.
