Fratura de pênis: relato de caso atendido no Hospital e Pronto Socorro 28 de Agosto

Although rare, the penile fracture inflicts male young adults, and occurs generally during the sexual intercourse, when the patient hits the partner’s perineum or the partner’s pubic bone, having the symptoms appearance almost immediate. The classical history of symptoms is the sudden cracking sound, detumescence and penile hematoma. We report a case of a 29 years old patient, victim of a penile fracture with immediate surgical intervention and erectile function preserved after treatment.
