Este artigo tenta desenvolver uma compreensão aprofundada sobre o pensamento de Ayuso et al. (2006), Driessen, Kok & Hillebrand (2013) e, sobretudo por Deetz (2008, 2009, 2011) sobre as práticas participativas da Comunicação Organizacional, nomeadamente, a introdução dos conceitos de Diálogo e Colaboração. Defende-se a ideia de que tais conceitos mostram como a diferença pode ser transformada em uma relação produtiva, ao invés de conduzir à simples contestação que, por sua vez, permite a criação de conflitos destrutivos no ambiente organizacional.
