INTERESSES PROFISSIONAIS: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA CIENTÍFICA NO BRASIL
Resumo
Os interesses profissionais são estudados pela psicologia desde o início do século XX e na atualidade sua compreensão se torna importante para a atuação profissional na área de Orientação Profissional e de Carreira. O presente trabalho objetivou realizar uma revisão da literatura nacional a respeito do construto para entender como é pesquisado e abordado na atualidade. O método foi a busca em duas bases de dados eletrônicas que integram o portal da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde Brasil (BVS - Saúde), sendo o Index Psicologia e o Scielo, utilizando o unitermo “Interesses Profissionais” (entre aspas para indicar o termo composto), não se usou filtros para obter uma quantidade maior de material. Encontrou-se 39 resultados no total, sendo 29 no IndexPsicologia e 10 no SciELO (Scientific Eletronic Library), sinalizando multiplicidade de pesquisas desenvolvidas com essa temática. Após leitura analítica concluiu-se que é um construto/tema muito pesquisado, desde a perspectiva teórica até a empírica, faz interface com a área da avaliação psicológica e outras áreas, como a educacional. Sua compreensão favorece a intervenção em orientação profissional e de carreira, subsidiando a atuação profissional, além disso, é um construto/tema profícuo para pesquisas.

ABSTRACT: Professional interests have been studied by psychology since the beginning of the twentieth century and today their understanding becomes important for professional work in the area of Career Guidance. The present work aimed to carry out a review of the national literature regarding the construct to understand how it is researched and approached in the present time. The method was the search in two electronic databases that integrate the portal of the Brazilian Virtual Health Library (VHL - Health), Index Psychology and Scielo, using the Unitermo "Professional Interests" (between quotation marks to indicate the term compound ), no filters were used, to obtain a greater amount of material. There were 39 results in total, 29 in IndexPsicologia and 10 in SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library), signaling a multiplicity of researches developed with this theme. After analytical reading it was concluded that it is a very researched construct / theme, from the theoretical to the empirical perspective, it interfaces with the area of psychological evaluation and other areas, such as educational. His understanding favors intervention in career guidance, subsidizing professional performance, and is a useful construct / theme for research.
